Brad & Kelly's Chili Recipe

(Original From the Sitko's)


1 1/2 pounds ground beef
6 stalks celery
1 large onion
6 oz. tomato paste
1 can Hunts "Ready Chili Sauce"
1 packet HOT chili seasoning
1 packet mild chili seasoning
1 can Busch HOT chili beans
46 oz. Spicy V8 juice (4 oz. less if cooking noodles separate)
8 oz. elbow macaroni

note: omit beans or macaroni if you wish.


Brown and drain meat.

Mince veggies.

Throw all but macaroni in a large crock pot.

Let cook for at least 4 hours on low.

2 hours before serving add macaroni. Or cook the macaroni separate

and add just before eating.
