8 egg whites - separate and beat whites until stiff then sprinkle wit hcream of tartar
8 egg yolks - beat yolks and mix in 4 cups powdered sugar

Beat yolks until creamy then add egg whites and another 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Mix in 1 tsp vanilla

You can refridgerate in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks

1/2 cup of batter
1 jigger Rum or brandy
Fill mug with hot water
sprinkle with nutmeg
