1 1/2 pounds ground beef
6 stalks celery
| 1 large onion
| 6 oz. tomato paste
| 1 can Hunts "Ready Chili Sauce"
| 1 packet HOT chili seasoning
| 1 packet mild chili seasoning
| 1 can Busch HOT chili beans
| 46 oz. Spicy V8 juice (4 oz. less if cooking noodles separate)
| 8 oz. elbow macaroni

note: omit beans or macaroni if you wish.
Brown and drain meat.
Mince veggies.
Throw all but macaroni in a large crock pot.
Let cook for at least 4 hours on low.
2 hours before serving add macaroni. Or cook the macaroni separate
and add just before eating.
